Yes. We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Do you offer rent-to-own options?
Yes, we can discuss your many financing options with you to determine what fits best.

Can you accept electronic payments?
We are registered with quite a few of the major electronic payment companies (i.e. Ariba, Xign).

Can you help me figure out what I need?
We will visit your site to review your application and advise you on the best solutions to fit your needs and budget. We can help you look at all the solution options by utilizing our systems design department to produce an AutoCAD layout of your facility

Will you demo a forklift at my facility so I can see if it will work in my warehouse?
We have a broad demo program and will bring the equipment to you for your operators to try out.  We also provide Rent-To-Own options to ensure that they unit will work in your application.

Do you sell used rack and shelving?
Yes, we offer new AND used material handling storage equipment to meet your requirements in capacity and functionality.  We can also provide AutoCAD layouts to ensure fit and funtionality.

If I purchase a battery from you, will you dispose of my scrap battery?
Yes. We will dispose of it at no charge if we can pick It up when we deliver the new one.

How much does it cost to rent a truck?

Rental prices vary depending on the type of unit and how long you need the equipment.  Generally, we rent equipment for Daily, Weekly and Monthly use, but we will tailor a rental program for Long Term Rentals.

What kind of rental trucks do you have?

Do you repair fork lift trucks that you don’t sell?
We repair ALL brands and types of forklifts (including Crown, Caterpillar, Hyster, Komatsu, Mitsubishi, TCM, Toyota, Yale, etc.).

Will you give me a loaner forklift to use while you fix mine?
We provide discounted rentals for our service customers.

Do you have a service center in Virginia?
Our resident technicians are generally dispatched from their perspective coverage areas. Over 90% of all repairs are completed in the field.

What is your typical response time to service calls?
Same day unless late in the day, then the following morning.  Emergency calls are also available on a 24 hour basis.

Do you take trade-ins?
Absolutely, but the value is really dependent upon the equipment’s age and condition. We are happy to look at your trade-in and assess it’s value at your location.

Do you offer safety training?
